Job Summary
CT Technologist (PRN/Nights) performs imaging procedures including CT and X-Rays at a technical level not requiring constant supervision; operates and maintains imaging equipment (X-Ray, CT, CR reader, PACS); documents results and adheres to policies, procedures, regulations, and CLIA/ COLA guidelines; may perform basic clinical procedures under physician/nurse direction; travels to all facility locations as required; participates in quality control, proficiency testing, and recordkeeping; requires high school diploma or GED, radiology tech schooling, ARRT radiography registration, CT certification within 12 months, and BLS.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED, required
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology, required
- Registered Technologist with the ARRT in radiography, required
- CT certification required within 12 months of hire (PA market)
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, required
