Job Summary
Operate CT imaging equipment to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment while ensuring safety and maintaining high-quality standards. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to provide optimal care. Perform duties requiring lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and repetitive movement including bending and squatting. Requires one year of relevant experience, ARRT certification, and BLS. This role supports the Advanced CT team at Mercy, helping shape the future of healthcare through innovation and compassion.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program
- Completion of required clinical hours
- One (1) year of relevant experience
- State licensure
- ARRT (R) (CT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Prolonged standing and walking during each shift
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
