Job Summary
Conduct CT procedures, computer processing, and related techniques to produce images for licensed practitioners. Recognize various patient conditions to ensure successful exam completion while exercising professional judgment and maintaining medical ethics. Provide health care services applying pulsed x-ray energy to assist diagnosis or treatment. This PRN role supports the Baptist Health Imaging Department, which encompasses Computed Tomography, Diagnostic X-Ray, Interventional Radiology, and other advanced imaging services across multiple hospitals in Kentucky and surrounding states.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of an accredited education program in radiologic technology
- Current American Registry Radiologic Technology (ARRT) Registry
- Current license with the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
- Advanced ARRT Registry in Computed Tomography required within one (1) year of hire
- 3 Years of related experience
- Current BLS Certification
