Job Summary
CT Technologist performs computerized tomographic radiographs according to established practices and procedures, reviews exams for clinical appropriateness, prioritizes exams, communicates critical situations, supports new employee orientation with documented clinical competence, maintains necessary credentials and renewals, and may perform general radiology and/or lab testing as required by location. Responsibilities include applying clinical reasoning and evidence-based guidelines, escalating concerns to leadership, educating patients prior to scanning, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and outcomes, ensuring safety and quality checks, and contributing to ongoing learning and department initiatives. Requires ARRT certification and NM Computed Tomography License or provisional license, and current BLS. Full-time position with 12-hour night shifts; compensation range from $30.00 to $45.82 per hour with opportunities for education reimbursement, safety initiatives, and loan forgiveness programs. Required Qualifications
- ARRT is required
- NM Computed Tomography License (NMCT) or NM Computed Tomography Provisional License (NMPCT)
