Perform computerized tomographic radiographs according to established practices, reviews exams for clinical appropriateness, and prioritizes patient exams while communicating critical situations. Conduct pre/post procedure screenings, validate exam orders, and perform safety/calibration checks to ensure right patient, right exam, and right order. Educate patients prior to scanning, manage environmental resources, and report safety issues regarding physical space or equipment. Support new employee orientation by documenting clinical competence and maintaining necessary credentials with timely renewal. Work 12-hour night shifts in a part-time capacity with 0.6 FTE at Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque.
