Job Summary
CT Technologist responsible for producing high-quality CT images within a multidisciplinary team, supporting the Radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, performing CT imaging procedures according to standards and protocols, and processing/transmitting images to PACS. Requires one year of acute radiology experience, knowledge of radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment, anatomy and medical terminology, radiology license/fluoroscopy permit, CT ARRT Certification, current BLS, and proficient computer skills. Shifts are nights; assignment length is 12 weeks; compensation ranges weekly from $1,419.60 to $1,982.80 gross. Location: Lewiston, ME; Oxford County.
Required Qualifications
- One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is required
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required
- Radiology license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State
- CT ARRT Certification is required
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Proficient computer skills
