Job Summary
CT Technologist collaborates within a multidisciplinary team to produce high-quality CT images, supports Radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, performs CT imaging procedures per standards and protocols, and processes/transmits images to PACS. The role requires one year of acute radiology experience, CT ARRT Certification, a radiology license and state fluoroscopy permit, BLS certification, and proficiency with radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment and medical terminology. Shifts are nights, assignment length is 12 weeks, with competitive weekly pay and a focus on delivering exceptional patient imaging care.
Required Qualifications
- One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is required
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required
- Radiology license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State
- CT ARRT Certification is required
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Proficient computer skills
