CT Technologist (Per Diem, Variable Shift)

Job Summary
CT Technologist accountable for operating CT equipment to generate cross-sectional images used by radiologists for diagnosis, performing CT procedures along with general radiography and fluoroscopy, and maintaining accurate patient records and image data with adherence to HIPAA. Uses PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images, and participates in routine equipment maintenance and inventory management. Requires ARRT registration in CT (or radiography), California radiologic licensure, vaccination requirements, BLS certification, and fluoroscopy license if applicable; advanced CT certification preferred in CA, with mandatory CT cert in OR/HI. Per Adventist Health policy, vaccination compliance and E-Verify participation are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology
- ARRT registered in CT or radiography (R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT))
- Radiologic Technologist license in CA
- Advanced Certification in CT (required in OR and HI; preferred in CA)
- BLS certification (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS)
- Fluoroscopy license in CA if operating fluoroscopy equipment
- Venipuncture certification (preferred in CA and OR)
- HIPAA compliance
- Vaccinations as required by Adventist Health
