Job Summary
Perform CT examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated CT equipment and adjusting imaging factors to produce optimal images for individual patients. Apply knowledge and judgment regarding patient treatment needs, accounting for special or age-related requirements. Maintain Oregon Medical Imaging License and National Registered Technologist certification as required for practice. Work part-time on multiple shifts in an on-site environment at Providence Portland Medical Center.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography
- National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
