Job Summary
CT Technologist performs CT imaging procedures under supervision, adheres to professional standards and regulatory requirements, educates patients on procedures, completes documentation, utilizes hospital information systems and equipment, maintains productivity and safety protocols, participates in modality and department meetings, and contributes to continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals. Requires ARRT certification and NH licensing with CT certification within 2 years; BLS certification; JRCERT-accredited education program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an education program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration
- Advanced certification in CT required within 2 years of hire
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers or equivalent credentialed by AHA
- Licensure by the NH Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
- Experience: None required
