CT Technologist / Part-Time Weekends

Job Summary
Operate CT equipment, power injectors, and medical devices to produce diagnostic scans while preparing patients with proper sterile technique. Provide direct care during diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures, ensuring complete documentation and assisting with patient and family education. Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff, act as a resource for students, and support research activities. Perform complex technical care for multiple diagnostic procedures in appropriate time sequences. Work Saturdays and Sundays from 7 AM to 7:30 PM at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital as part-time staff earning an additional $15.00/hour for WEO shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Registered with the ARRT
- CPR certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association
- Minimum of two (2) years experience
- One (1) year in CT
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs max
- Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs
- Occasional to frequent standing & walking
- Occasional sitting
- Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing)
- Blood-borne pathogen exposure
