Job Summary
Perform CT examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing sophisticated CT equipment to produce optimal images while accounting for individual patients' special or age-related needs. Apply judgment regarding imaging factors, technique, and patient treatment to ensure high-quality diagnostic results. Work night shifts from Friday 10pm-8am and Saturday-Sunday 8pm-8:30am at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. Maintain national provider BLS certification and Oregon Medical Imaging License upon hire, with CT or Nuclear Medicine certification required within one year.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography
- National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
