Job Summary
Conduct computerized tomographic procedures under Radiologist supervision, utilizing knowledge of ionizing radiation and computer techniques while demonstrating concern for patients and co-workers. Successfully acquire and maintain CT certification, with CT board certification required within 12 months of hire. Perform specialized exams including Cardiac, TAVI, and research studies using Philips scanners, Epic EMR, and Visage PACS. This part-time role offers on-the-job training for candidates with active ARRT certification, with education materials provided and exam costs reimbursed. Schedule includes five 8-hour shifts per pay period, rotating between weekday evenings and weekend nights.
Required Qualifications
- CT board certification
- Graduate from school of Radiologic Technology approved by CAHEA/JRCT
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
- Active ARRT certification
- Verification of college transcript
