Job Summary
CT Technologist for outpatient exams (casual/part-time) with Northwestern Medicine. Responsibilities include maintaining patient safety and image quality, administering contrast per policy, operating CT imaging equipment, ensuring complete and accurate documentation, coordinating exam flow, and upholding radiation-safety standards. Applies professional judgment to optimize images, positions patients, and communicates with patients throughout the procedure; prepares for and assists with CT procedures, and ensures complete study transfer to PACS.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Computed Tomography (CT)
- Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) Accreditation
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
