Job Summary
CT Technologist assesses patients and safely performs routine computed tomography procedures in accordance with prescribed radiation safety procedures and protocols. Serves as a clinical mentor for junior staff and students. Sign-On Bonus available up to $20,000; Referral Bonus up to $5,000. Duties include operating imaging equipment to complete procedures, verifying orders, ensuring diagnostic-quality images, participating in quality control, assisting in departmental operations, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and standards. Requires ARRT CT certification or registry-eligibility within 90 days and temporary state licensure; preferred advanced CT certification; flexibility to cover varied shifts and travel between facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Required - Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or computed tomography ARRT (CT) certified OR ARRT registry eligible, registered by ARRT within 90 days of employment, and temporary state license.
