Job Summary
Prepare patients and equipment for CT diagnostic imaging procedures on adults and pediatric patients. Perform studies independently, including portable exams and on-call situations as required by the work area. Maintain quality control standards while utilizing advanced filmless imaging equipment to support life-changing diagnostic decisions. Work three 13-hour shifts weekly from Wednesday to Friday with no call rotation. This role supports the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, which performs over 453,000 diagnostic imaging examinations annually and ranks among the top five in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency (or higher level of education)
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R) and/or CT
