Job Summary
Prepare patients and equipment for diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT, MRI, and other advanced modalities, for diagnosis and treatment. Perform studies independently, manage on-call situations, and conduct portable exams as required by the work area. Maintain quality control standards while utilizing advanced filmless imaging equipment to support surgical teams in life-changing decisions. This role is part of a top-tier radiology department performing over 453,000 examinations annually.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency (or higher level of education)
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R) and/or CT
