Job Summary
Join Cleveland Clinic Main Campus as a CT Technologist specializing in the new Neurological Institute, focusing on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through advanced computed tomography imaging. Responsibilities include acquiring and reviewing patient data, educating patients about procedures, maintaining CT areas, and ensuring quality assurance. Eligible candidates must possess credentials from a recognized Radiologic Technology program and hold BLS certification. The role requires standing, walking, and the ability to assist with lifting patients.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists R.T.(R) (ARRT) in good standing
- Computed Tomography (CT) Certification [R.T.(R) (CT) (ARRT)] within one year of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
- Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and related pathologic processes
Desired Qualifications
- One year of experience as a General Radiologic Technologist
Additional Requirements
- Compliance with the influenza prevention program which includes obtaining an influenza vaccination or an approved exemption
- Testing for controlled substances prior to employment
