Job Summary
CT Technologist performs high-quality CT procedures in an outpatient imaging environment, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering excellent patient experience. Responsibilities include following physician orders and protocols, proper patient screening and positioning, administering contrast per orders and policies, monitoring patients during procedures, verifying patient information and documentation, maintaining CT equipment, adhering to safety and radiation standards, and collaborating with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- Registry in Computed Tomography (CT)
