Job Summary
Lead computed tomography (CT) team members by demonstrating advanced knowledge of job responsibilities and providing monitoring, coaching, and evaluation focused on productivity and quality management. Coordinate services, prioritize assignments, and promote situational decision-making while overseeing equipment quality control, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Guide team members on handling complex or novel issues within the scope of the job, requiring critical thinking and decisive judgment to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT)
- Certified in computed tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- State licensure if required by law
- 2 years of experience
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
