Job Summary
Lead computed tomography (CT) team members by monitoring, coaching, and evaluating performance while serving as a positive role model for teamwork. Coordinate services, prioritize assignments, and guide the team through complex or novel issues using critical thinking and decisive judgment. Oversee equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced emergency department environment. Requires minimal supervision and situational decision-making. Full-time, days shift with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT)
- Certified in computed tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- State licensure if required by law
- 2 years of experience
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
