Job Summary
Perform computerized tomographic procedures for disease and injury diagnosis, including biopsy, TAVR, coronary, and extremity work for OR planning. Prepare and position patients, select anatomic parameters, and administer contrast media or medications within scope. Monitor patients during procedures, report abnormal activity, and recommend protocol updates. Adhere to radiation safety guidelines while maintaining constant alertness. Requires weekend shift with 34 weekly hours. Must hold ARRT-CT or equivalent credential plus BLS HCP.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a Radiology Technology, Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy program
- Weekend Shift (United States of America)
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- ARRT-R Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- ARRT-T Radiation Therapy - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- ARRT-N Nuclear Medicine Technologist - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
