Job Summary

Verify exams as ordered by physicians and demonstrate knowledge to perform correct scan protocols while minimizing radiation exposure. Administer IV and oral contrast, explain procedures to patients and families, and ensure the work area is properly maintained. Maintain equipment, request service as needed, and keep current on evolving CT technologies. Comply with all TJC, state, federal, and local regulatory laws and protocols. Perform other duties as assigned. Night shifts Monday-Thursday from 8:30pm to 6:30am.

Required Qualifications

  • Flu vaccines are required
  • This position has been designated as safety sensitive and cannot be filled by a candidate who is a current user of medical marijuana
  • 2 years CT Tech experience
  • RTL & certification
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college program or technical school or nursing diploma
  • Radiologic Technologist License (RTL) - Arkansas Department of Health
  • 1 of the following certifications is required - ARRT - Computed Tomography (CT) - American Registry of Radiology Technologist (ARRT), Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
