CT Technologist, Full Time, Variable Shift

Job Summary
Operate computed tomography equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic interpretation. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients ranging from adolescence through geriatric, while producing sagittal and coronal reformatted images. Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images correctly and maintain accurate records, files, and billing information in compliance with HIPAA. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment, manage supply inventory, and conduct other job-related duties as assigned. This full-time variable shift position is located in The Dalles, Oregon, with Adventist Health Columbia Gorge serving the community since 1901.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT)
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- Advanced Certification in the modality of CT
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- Venipuncture certification
