CT Technologist, Full Time, Variable Shift

Job Summary
Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnosis, while performing general radiography and fluoroscopy. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients from adolescence through geriatric, producing sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation. Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images, maintain accurate billing records, and ensure HIPAA compliance. Perform routine equipment maintenance, calibration, and supply inventory management. Requires an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred), ARRT-CT certification, and BLS certification. Full-time variable shift employment in a 49-bed hospital serving the Columbia River Gorge community.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT)
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- Advanced Certification in the modality of CT
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- Venipuncture certification
