Job Summary
Operates computed tomography equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic interpretation. Performs imaging procedures including general radiography and fluoroscopy, while assessing, planning, and evaluating care for patients from adolescence through geriatric. Generates sagittal and coronal reformatted images, utilizes PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images, and maintains accurate records, files, and billing information. Conducts routine equipment maintenance, calibration, and supply inventory management, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines. Requires an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT certification with CT specialization, and BLS certification. Full-time variable shift position located in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT)
- Advanced Certification in the modality of CT
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- Venipuncture certification
- ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT)
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation
