CT Technologist, Full Time, Variable Shift

Job Summary
Operate computed tomography equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic interpretation. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients ranging from adolescence through geriatric, while producing sagittal and coronal reformatted images. Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to appropriate locations and maintain accurate records, files, and billing information in compliance with HIPAA. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment, manage supply inventory, and ensure the integrity of patient medical images and data. Requires an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred), ARRT certification with CT specialization, BLS certification, and fluency in English. Full-time variable shift position with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT)
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- Advanced Certification in the modality of CT
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- Venipuncture certification
