Job Summary
Operate computed tomography equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic interpretation. Assess, plan, and evaluate care for patients ranging from adolescence through geriatric, while producing sagittal and coronal reformatted images. Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images correctly and maintain accurate records, files, and billing information in compliance with HIPAA. Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and supply inventory management, and conduct other job-related duties as assigned. This full-time position in The Dalles, Oregon, requires an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology and an ARRT-CT certification.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT)
- Advanced Certification in the modality of CT
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- Venipuncture certification
- ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT)
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation
