Job Summary
Operate computed tomography equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic interpretation. Perform general radiography and fluoroscopy, assess and plan care for patients from adolescence through geriatric, and generate sagittal and coronal reformatted images. Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images accurately, maintain patient records and billing information, and ensure HIPAA compliance. Conduct routine equipment maintenance, calibration, and supply inventory management. Requires an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT-CT certification, and BLS. Full-time variable shift schedule in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT)
- Advanced Certification in the modality of CT
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- Venipuncture certification
- ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT)
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation
