Job Summary
Operates computed tomography equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic interpretation. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for patients from adolescence through geriatric while producing sagittal and coronal reformatted images. Uses PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images, maintains accurate billing records, and ensures HIPAA compliance. Performs routine equipment maintenance, calibration, and supply inventory management. Requires an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred), ARRT-CT certification, and BLS certification. Full-time variable shift position located in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT)
- Advanced Certification in the modality of CT
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- Venipuncture certification
- ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT)
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation
