Job Summary
Operates computed tomography equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic interpretation. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for patients ranging from adolescence through geriatric while producing sagittal and coronal reformatted images. Uses PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images accurately, maintains accurate records and billing information, and ensures data integrity per HIPAA guidelines. Performs routine maintenance, calibration of equipment, and manages supply inventory. Requires an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT-CT certification, and BLS certification. Full-time variable shift position located in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT)
- Advanced Certification in the modality of CT
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- Venipuncture certification
- ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT)
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
