CT Technologist, Full Time, Variable Shift

Job Summary
Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic interpretation. Performs a variety of imaging procedures including general radiography and fluoroscopy, while assessing, planning, and evaluating care for patients from adolescence through geriatric. Generates sagittal and coronal reformatted images, utilizes PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images, and maintains accurate records, files, and billing information. Conducts routine maintenance and calibration of equipment, manages supply inventory, and ensures data integrity in compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality regulations. Requires an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred), ARRT certification with CT specialization, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Full-time variable shift employment in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT)
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- Advanced Certification in the modality of CT
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- Venipuncture certification
