Job Summary
Operate computed tomography equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic interpretation, while performing general radiography and fluoroscopy. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients from adolescence through geriatric, producing sagittal and coronal reformatted images. Use the PACS and teleradiology system to transfer images correctly and maintain accurate records, files, and billing information in compliance with HIPAA. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manage supply inventory. This role is located in The Dalles, Oregon, at Adventist Health Columbia Gorge, a 49-bed hospital serving the Columbia River Gorge community.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT)
- Advanced Certification in the modality of CT
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT)
- Receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- Venipuncture certification
