Job Summary
Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes, performs imaging procedures including general radiography and fluoroscopy, maintains patient records and ensures image integrity in compliance with HIPAA; requires ARRT CT certification and BLS, with CT-specific certification preferred in CA/HI and required in OR; position emphasizes image planning, transfer via PACS/teleradiology, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety policies for adolescents through geriatrics; willingness to comply with vaccination requirements and E-Verify as part of Adventist Health employment; on-site responsibilities in Damascus, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: RT(R)(CT)(ARRT) OR RT(R)(ARRT) required
- ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Education and Work Experience: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required by AH policy
