Job Summary
CT Technologist location Beaverton, OR. Operates CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation; performs imaging procedures not limited to CT, including general radiography and fluoroscopy. Responsibilities include producing sagittal and coronal reformatted images, using PACS/teleradiology, maintaining records and billing information, ensuring image data confidentiality, routine equipment maintenance, and performing other job-related duties. Requires ARRT CT certification, BLS, and ARR T-CT; Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred; advanced CT certification preferred in some locations. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
- Advanced Certification in the modality of CT: Required in OR and HI, Preferred in CA
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
- ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT): Required
- Facility Specific License/Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
