Job Summary
Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment, produces cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation, and performs a variety of imaging procedures including general radiography and fluoroscopy. Maintains patient records and imaging data, transfers images via PACS/teleradiology, adheres to HIPAA, performs routine equipment maintenance, and supports imaging workflow as part of Adventist Health Portland's radiology services.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
- ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT): Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- ARRT-CT: Required
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred
- Advanced Certification in CT: Required in OR and HI, Preferred in CA
- Venipuncture certification: Preferred in CA and OR
