CT Technologist, Full Time, Evening shift

Job Summary
Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment and produces cross-sectional images used to diagnose medical conditions. Performs CT procedures and imaging in general radiography and fluoroscopy, supports image transfer via PACS/teleradiology, and maintains records with HIPAA compliance. Requires ARRT-CT certification and BLS; CT advanced certification required in OR and HI (preferred in CA); venipuncture certification preferred in CA and OR. Maintains equipment calibration and manages supply inventory; performs other related duties as assigned. Education: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred. Requires ability to assess and plan care for patients from adolescence through geriatric, and to produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
- Advanced Certification in the modality of CT: Required in OR and HI, Preferred in CA
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT): Required
- Venipuncture certification: Preferred in CA and OR
- Facility Specific License/Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
