Job Summary
Operates CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation; performs CT, general radiography, and fluoroscopy imaging; uses PACS and teleradiology to transfer images; maintains accurate records and billing information; ensures HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality; conducts routine maintenance and manages supply inventory; performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred)
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: RT(R)(CT) or RT(R) ARRt (required)
- ARRT-CT: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT): Required
- Venipuncture certification: Preferred in CA and OR
- Facility-specific license/certifications: BLS per AH policy: Required
- ARRT-CT: Required
