Job Summary
Provide patient services using diagnostic CT scan equipment to produce quality images for physician diagnosis and treatment. Assist radiologists with special examinations while demonstrating competency with RIS and PACS systems. Perform daily calibration and quality assurance checks, maintain clean examination rooms, and ensure proper maintenance of cassettes and stock levels. Utilize principles of radiation protection for self and patients, report equipment problems to the supervisor, and use RadCode for interventional billing. Work evening shifts from 3pm to 11:30pm Tuesday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology
- NJ Radiology license
- ARRT Certification
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Previous CT experience
- Evening Shift
- 3pm-11:30pm
- Tuesday to Friday
