Job Summary
Perform high-quality CT and radiologic imaging procedures using prescribed ionizing radiation, operating scanners efficiently with minimal supervision. Verify patient identification, explain procedures, and ensure patient safety while reviewing images for diagnostic accuracy. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to radiation protection and infection control standards. Provide compassionate care to patients of all ages and participate in on-call duties as needed. This role offers day or night shifts, including weekends, with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of CT experience
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of start)
- Must be available for day or night shifts
- Must be available for weekend-only schedules
Desired Qualifications
- ARRT (R) and (CT) certification
- Previous acute care or freestanding emergency department experience
