Job Summary
Administer ionizing radiation to patients for diagnostic, therapeutic, and research procedures while assisting radiologists with interventional and biopsy procedures. Provide optimal patient care using established techniques and demonstrate appropriate interaction skills based on patient age. Maintain ARRT or NMTCB certification within two years of hire. Work a day/evening/night rotation including weekends and holidays at St. Josephs Medical Center.
Required Qualifications
- Must be registered in CT by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) within two years of hire/transfer to the position.
