Job Summary
Conduct computed tomography procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment while ensuring image quality and accurate patient data. Properly position and immobilize patients on scanning cradles, administer IV injections and contrast agents, and perform timeouts per policy. Energize scanners based on physician requests and patient history, and assist radiologists with biopsies and drainage procedures using sterile techniques. Maintain proficiency with CT IT systems including Radiant and PACS, and participate in on-call rotation. Work scheduled weekly hours of 16 across all shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Certification and Registration with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in Diagnostic Radiology
- 1 year of experience as CT or Rad Tech
- BLS Basic Life Support
- Advanced modality registration in CT

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's from an ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) accredited institute
- EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Picture archiving communication system (PACS)
- BLS Basic Life Support (at hire)
- Advanced modality registration in CT (must obtain within two years)
- State Licensure (unless required by the state where the job is being performed)
