Job Summary
Perform all phases of cross-sectional imaging using CT scanners to produce images of patient internal organs and tissues for medical diagnosis. Operate under the direction of the department Director/Manager, Lead, and medical direction of Radiologists. Complete required training within one year of hire, including ARRT certification and specialized CT or nuclear medicine certifications. This role supports Providence's mission of caring for everyone, especially the most vulnerable in our communities, across our network of hospitals and clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited radiologic training program
- Washington Radiologic Technologist
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography
- National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- 6 months CT scanning experience as an ARRT(R) registered technologist
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year CT scanning experience as an ARRT(R)(CT) registered technologist
