Job Summary
Perform all phases of cross-sectional imaging using CT scanners to produce images of patient internal organs and tissues for medical diagnosis. Operate under the direction of the department Director/Manager, Lead, and medical direction of Radiologists. Complete required training and certification within one year of hire, including ARRT registration and CT-specific credentials. This role is part of Providence's comprehensive health care organization, serving communities across Washington with a focus on caring for the vulnerable.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited radiologic training program
- Washington Radiologic Technologist
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography
- National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- 6 months CT scanning experience as an ARRT(R) registered technologist
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year CT scanning experience as an ARRT(R)(CT) registered technologist
