Job Summary
Perform CT procedures for patients of any age group using proper radiation safety practices and accepted department protocols. Assist radiologists and referring physicians as needed, while serving as a liaison between the CT department, other modalities, and scheduling offices. Work under the supervision of the Manager Diagnostic Imaging or Supervisor CT Scan to ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. This Per Diem role involves 10-hour variable shifts at St Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA.
Required Qualifications
- California Radiologic Technologist
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography
- minimum of 2 years hospital clinical experience from accredited Radiology program
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology from an approved AMA school
