Job Summary
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures and related activities under the direction of the Department Director, utilizing age-specific criteria. Serve as a customer service representative to patients, families, the public, and medical staff. Participate in quality control, performance improvement, and organizational improvement activities. Act as a clinical and technical resource to other technologists and radiologists. Participate in call schedules and remain flexible with job assignments and shifts to meet department staffing needs. Work variable shifts in a per diem capacity at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist school or program
- California Radiologic Technologist
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a hospital or outpatient imaging center performing pediatric and adult CT scans
