Job Summary
Perform high-quality CT exams safely and accurately per departmental protocols while delivering patient-centered care and education. Maintain precise patient records in RIS and PACS platforms and partner with radiologists to ensure radiation safety checks during all procedures. Serve as a clinical supervisor and educator for imaging students, collaborate on workflow improvement projects, assist with patient transport, and maintain a clean, stocked imaging environment. Obtain ARRT CT certification within 12 months of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an accredited 2-year Radiologic Technology Program
- Active New York State (NYS) Radiologic Technologist License
- Active ARRT registration
- ARRT CT Certified OR Registry Eligible
- Current BLS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of general radiologic technologist experience with CT exposure
