Job Summary
Capture precise diagnostic images of the skeleton, tissues, and internal organs to enable radiologists to accurately diagnose or rule out medical conditions. Create detailed cross-sectional images while administering patient care within the scope of practice and fostering a positive patient experience through compassionate interaction. Operate EPIC or applicable EHR systems, instruct and educate patients regarding ordered tests, and prepare them for procedures using excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Work nights Monday through Friday from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. as a full-time CT Technologist at CommonSpirit Memorial, a faith-based health care organization serving Southeast Tennessee and Northwest Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate High School Diploma, upon hire or High School GED, upon hire
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology, upon hire
- Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire
- Registered Technologist Computed Tomography, within 12 - months
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
- Full time, Nights M-F 9p-7a
