CT Technologist

Capture precise diagnostic images of the skeleton, tissues, and internal organs for radiologists to rule out diverse medical conditions. Perform CT scans based on current protocols for trauma, perfusions, routine body, neuro, and interventional procedures, including assisting interventional radiologists with biopsies and drainages. Ensure patients are ready by confirming IV gauge, contrast type/dose, and allergy status, while accurately completing hospital forms in Radnet and documenting exam information in the CT log. Evaluate and determine the area of interest and scan type, consulting physicians as necessary. Maintain positive working relationships and motivate staff within the department.
