Job Summary
Provide computerized tomography to patients for diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders under the general supervision of a CT Supervisor. Assist physicians as required and perform related work as assigned. Maintain certifications including Washington Radiologic Technologist, National Provider BLS, and National Registered Technologist status upon hire, with additional CT or Nuclear Medicine certifications required within one year. Work variable shifts on a per-diem basis at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, Washington, supporting the region's largest non-profit healthcare provider in its growing open-heart surgery and interventional cardiology programs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Washington Radiologic Technologist
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography
- National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- Washington Medical Assistant Registration
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Medical Imaging
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Imaging
- 2 years' experience as a registered technologist performing CT Scan or special procedures
